We do not take part in the actual transactions that take place between the users. Hence, all transactions are the sole responsibility of the users only. TransportMantra Networks Pvt. Ltd. (here-in-after Referred as TMNPL) will not responsible for any disputes, loss occurs or fallout that may happen between the users at any point of time.

Our terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without any prior notice. This promotes business between customers and service providers nationally. It is an agreement between you as the user(s) of the website (the "User(s)") and TMNPL. Once you become a member of the website, you will automatically enter a contract and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the agreement, which will apply to your use of our website.
The website acts as a mere venue/platform for our members to negotiate/interact with buying, selling, and other business services by way of locating companies to trade with, through our on-line exchange.
We do not take part in the actual transactions that take place between customers and service providers and hence are not a party to any contract for services negotiated between customers and service providers. All transactions will be the responsibility of the members only. This agreement shall not be deemed to create any partnership or joint venture relationship between TMNPL and another party.
To the fullest extent possible by law in no event shall TMNPL its suppliers or any third party mentioned on TMNPL be liable for any damages what so ever (including, without limitation, incidental damages, lost profits or damages resulting from lost data, lost employment opportunities or business interruption) relisting from the use or inability to use any TMNPL and TMNPL content whether base on warranty contract,tort or any other legal theory and whether or not TMNPL advised of the possibilities of such damages.
User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India. Uses and has the right to use the services provided by TMNPL. Our services are available only to those individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian applicable law. Therefore, the user(s) must not be a minor as per Indian Government Law; I. e. user(s) must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our services.
TMNPL advises its users that while accessing the website, they must follow/abide by the related laws. TMNPL is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during use of the website. TMNPL may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time. The service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members of the website.

In the event that TMNPL requires the Users of this Website, who wish to purchase subscription(s) from the Website, to register on the Website to authenticate their use of the User ID (by whatever name called) and password, the User shall at all times be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and user id, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id. Further, the User agrees not to use any other person's user ID and/or password for any purpose whatsoever.
The user is responsible for the security of User's password and for all transactions undertaken through the Website using the User's password. The user confirms that he/she is the authorized holder of the original bank account used for the transactions under this Website. TMNPL shall not be responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience resulting from misuse of user's ID/password /account details for the purchase of subscription(s) on the Website.
The User also agrees and undertakes to immediately notify TMNPL of any unauthorized use of the User's password or user ID. The User shall ensure that the User logs off from the Website at the end of each session at the Website. TMNPL shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the User's failure to comply with this requirement.
As part of the registration process, the User does hereby agree to provide TMNPL his/her current, complete, and accurate information (Name, contact information, details of its business etc.) as prompted and to maintain and update this information as and when required keeping it current, complete and accurate at all times. By registering on the website and providing your e-mail id/ mobile number, you hereby agree to receive promotional content from TMNPL, by e-mail or SMS, and also TMNPL shall be entitled to call you or send you promotional SMS notices from time to time. If you wish not to receive such a promotional content/ notices, you may notify TMNPL at any time.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if the TMNPL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete or mischievous, TMNPL has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and can block the User from using the Website.
[I] TMNPL does not permit a user to host, display, upload, modify, publish, any information, transmit, update or share or provide any services or data, information or any Illegal/prohibited content. The user hereby represents and warrants that it shall not display, list, upload, modify, publish any information, data or materials and/or transmit or share anything that

You acknowledge and agree that TMNPL shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals on the website or through the service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with any interaction you may have with other organizations and/or individuals. These dealings are sole between you and such organizations and/or individuals. If TMNPL terminates user(s) membership, the user(s) will not have the right to re-enroll or join TMNPL under a new account or name unless formally invited to do so by TMNPL. In any case of termination, no membership charges will be refunded. User(s) acknowledge that inability to use the website wholly or partially for whatever reason may have an adverse effect on its business. User(s) hereby agree that in no event shall the website be liable to the user(s) or any third parties for any inability to use the website (whether due to disruption, limited access, changes to or termination of any features on the website or otherwise), any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communication or transmission, or any damage (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising from the use of or inability to use the website or any of its features.

There shall be no cancellation of payments made via online payment (except for payments through cheque/demand draft). A cancellation request for subscriptions placed via cheque/demand Draft can be made only before such payment is realized by TMNPL. In case TMNPL receives a payment for a failed transaction, TMNPL shall refund the same. However, TMNPL offers no guarantee whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching to the customer’s card/bank accounts. The payment of refunds shall be at sole discretion of TMNPL. TMNPL is not obliged to make any refund under whatsoever circumstances.
TMNPL (including its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates and partners) will not be responsible or liable for (a) any injury, loss, damages, claim, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arise out of or is in any way connected with any failure or delay (including without limitation the use of or inability to use any component of the Website or the Services), or any use of the Website or content, the performance or non-performance by us or any partner or service provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party, or (b) any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as the result of your access to the Website or your downloading of any content from the Website.
TMNPL will do best efforts to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

TMNPL connected social expressly disclaims any and all express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Except as explicitly stated otherwise, all notices to the TMNPL shall be given by the user by postal mail to the legal department, Transport mantra Networks Pvt. Ltd. 601/Venus Atlantis, Nr.Shell Petrol Pump, 100ft Ring Road, PrahaladNagar Road, Ahmedabad-380054. Gujarat, India or E-Mail to info@transportmantra.com (the case of the TMNPL) or to the email address the user provides during the registration process (the case of the user). The notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternative, the TMNPL may give the user notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and receipt requested, to the address provided to us during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 (three) days after the date of mailing.
Terms and condition of use agreement and/ or Agreement, Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respect by the laws of Indian Territory. TMNPL considers itself and intended to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the Courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
